This Windows VPS is fully managed by Green Lizard Grafix and a support team, ensuring that you get preferential attention and direct access via WhatsApp and don't have to log support tickets or stay on the line for who knows how long.

Please note that once-off setup fees for features will apply. The features that you require will also determine total monthly cost.

There are no long term contracts. You can cancel (with one month's written notice), or reduce or increase features used at any time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Price Structure: All packages and services are payable monthly in advance.
  • Unlimited Traffic: There are no traffic limits on any of the above packages. Should your website or emails be abused, e.g. unsolicited emails sent in bulk, your service might be temporary suspended until the issue has been identified and rectified.
  • Email Hosting: All email accounts will be hosted on a VPS (virtual private server), running on Windows OS. You will have access to your own Plesk control panel to manage functions that are relevant to your package. These functions include things like managing DNS (domain name servers), creating and managing email accounts, etc.
  • The Green Lizard App: This all-in-one platform offers a magnitude of features: website hosting, built in SSL (security certificate), online shop, landing pages, funnels, email marketing campaigns, workflow and automation, a unified messaging dashboard (SMS, WhatsApp, email, Facebook messenger, etc. — all on one screen), CRM (customer relationship management), social media management, course creation, membership sites, and much more.
  • Email Storage Space: The allowed space is the total space occupied by your email accounts. Should the limit for your package be exceeded, you can delete unwanted emails and/or unused email accounts, or upgrade to a higher package. In the case where you are already on the premium package and storage space cannot be reduced, your monthly premium may increase in proportion to the storage space needed.
  • Support: All packages include up to 20 minutes WhatsApp support per month. No need to log support tickets or to phone in and listen to horrible music while your airtime is running out. The app packages will also have additional support included.
