• Price Structure: The above pricing is the fee for each option and is payable monthly in advance. Should you prefer to pay per annum, you will only pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. For example, the annual fee for the Midweight package is R3,350.00.
• Unlimited Traffic: There are no traffic limits on any of the above packages. Should your website or emails be abused, e.g. unsolicited emails sent in bulk, your service might be temporary suspended until the issue has been identified and rectified.
• VPS Hosting: All websites and email accounts will be hosted on a virtual private server, running on Windows OS. You will have access to your own Plesk control panel to manage functions that are relevant to your package. These functions include things like managing DNS (domain name servers), creating and managing email accounts, etc.
• SiteJet Builder: This CMS (content management system) comes free with both the Midweight and Premium packages. It allows you to create and manage your own website with ease. This is optional and will be activated on your domain on request. 
• WordPress: Both the Midweight and Premium packages are also suitable for WordPress sites, should you prefer to build your website with WordPress.
• Storage Space: The allowed space is the total space occupied by both your website and email accounts. Should the limit for your package be exceeded, you will be notified via email and will have the option to delete unwanted emails and/or unused website pages or elements, or to upgrade to a higher package. In the case where you are already on the premium package and storage space cannot be reduced, your monthly premium may increase in proportion to the storage space needed.
• Starter Package: This option is ideal for those who are selling digital products on Systeme.io, Gumroad, Payhip, Ecwid, Shopify or any other platform where the DNS (domain name servers) need to be pointed to that platform. You will be able to modify the DNS settings accordingly. 
• Lightweight Package: This option is intended for those who are hosting their website at another hosting provider (who has in most instances also designed their website) and where the DNS (domain name servers) need to be pointed to the website server of that hosting company. The DNS settings will be modified accordingly.
• Midweight Package: Ideal for small businesses that need hosting for both a website and email accounts.
• Premium Package: Ideal for medium sized businesses that need hosting for both a website and email accounts.
• Support: All packages include up to 20 minutes WhatsApp support per month. No need to log support tickets or to phone in and listen to horrible music while your airtime is running out.
